How It Works
A simple three-step process built for repeatability and scale.
Drag and drop a PDF, Word document, or image (JPG, PNG, TIFF). Parseo supports all common business document formats — no pre-processing required.
Select a ready-made public blueprint or create your own. A blueprint defines the output structure: the fields you want extracted and how the AI should interpret them.
The AI extracts the data against your blueprint. Review results inline, make edits if needed, and export as JSON, CSV, or Excel — instantly.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Parseo supports PDFs (.pdf), Word documents (.doc, .docx), and images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff). Both digital and scanned documents are supported.
A Blueprint is a reusable schema that tells the AI what fields to extract and how to interpret them. You define it once and can apply it to unlimited documents. Public blueprints are available to all users — private ones are only visible to you.
Blueprint credits are consumed when you create a new blueprint. They are one-time (non-renewable) — you get them when you first reach a paid plan tier. You can also purchase credits individually at any time. Blueprints themselves can be reused unlimited times once created.
Yes. Documents are temporarily stored in AWS S3 during processing and deleted immediately after extraction completes. Parseo never retains your files or document history. All traffic is encrypted.
Each extraction counts the pages of the uploaded file. Your page limit resets monthly — at the billing cycle for paid plans, or every 30 days for the free plan. If a document exceeds your remaining pages, the extraction is blocked until the next reset.
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Blueprint credits are always retained, even after cancellation or downgrade.
Extracted data can be downloaded as JSON, CSV, or XLSX (Excel). The output structure is defined by your chosen Blueprint.
